TAWAU: Umno President Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi (pic) said Sabahans need to realise that Sarawakians and Peninsular Malaysians, too, defended the sovereignty of the State during the Tanduo incursion in 2013. He said he was the Defence Minister and had to take determined action to ensure that Sabah’s sovereignty as part of Malaysia was upheld.
There was some kind of cunning plan by the intruders claiming Sabah is part of the Philippines and the Sultanate of Sulu.
