Kota Kinabalu: The Federal Government has a responsibility to provide the funds to develop the State, said caretaker Chief Minister Datuk Seri Mohd Shafie Apdal.“They (Perikatan Nasional (PN) government) say that if we do not follow them, they will not help develop Sabah,” he said during a rally at Kepayan Square, near here, Friday.
“Let me tell the Federal Government this – in the Malaysian Constitution, you have a constitutional responsibility to channel the funds to develop Sabah.”
