TAWAU: Warisan Plus (DAP) candidate for Sri Tanjong, Justin Wong Yung Bin, said the move by the Warisan Plus government to increase land lease from 99 to 999 years is better than the Barisan Nasional (BN) government’s giving of blue water tanks.“The blue water tank can only last for two to three years, but the 999 year land lease will last for generations,” he said. Wong, who is aiming to defend the legacy of his father Datuk Jimmy Wong Sze Phin, who is the incumbent Sri Tanjung Assemblyman, also said he felt sad and angry over the actions of “political frogs.”
