SANDAKAN: The three main focuses of Barisan Nasional candidate for Elopura Chan Boon Thian are to improve socio-economy, tourism and healthcare for Sandakan particularly in Elopura.Unveiling his election manifesto at the MCA Sandakan division office on Friday, Chan who is the division’s deputy secretary, said the well-being of Elopura constituents will be his priority if given the mandate by Elopura voters in the Sep 26 election.
Chan said he would promote seafood and agriculture processing industries involving the local community of Elopura to spur development and economic growth in the constituency and also increase household income.
