Man ordered to enter defence on incest charge

Kota Kinabalu: A 39-year-old man was ordered to enter his defence on a charge of raping his daughter.

Sessions Court Judge Azreena Aziz came out with the decision for the man after ruling that the prosecution had succeeded in establishing a prima facie case against the man.

The court set Sept 22–23 for the man’s defence.

The man is accused of committing incest against the 12-year and six-month-old girl between 7am and 10am on Aug 11, 2019 at a house in Sipitang.
