2 deaths, 134 new cases, new cluster in Sabah

Kota Kinabalu: The Ministry of Health announced two Covid-19 deaths, 134 new cases and a new cluster in Sabah on Wednesday.
The fatalities involved a 48-year-old Indonesian woman who died at Tawau Hospital before testing positive and a Malaysian man who received the same fate also at Tawau Hospital after he was referred from Semporna Hospital.

A total of 105 of the new cases were in the Benteng cluster while the Bangau-Bangau cluster had eight new cases, Laut cluster eight, Pulau cluster two, the new cluster named "Udin" in Tawau two, five severe acute respiratory infection or Sari cases, three health workers and one detainee.

There was also an arrival from Sabah found positive during screening at an international entry point in Kelantan, said the ministry.
