Kota Kinabalu: The political game of musical chairs currently played by “hopping” politicians at the federal level justifies Parti Cinta Sabah’s (PCS) determination to put an end to this culture that long caused so much misery in Sabah and has now spread to Kuala Lumpur.PCS President Datuk Seri Anifah Aman (pic) said this is why the party included a “Recall Petition” in its “Aku Janji” manifesto to end such culture. Under RP, any elected representative who wishes to hop to another party is free to do so but would automatically lose the seat that was won under PCS, besides being sacked from the party and post.
“We want to put an end to this disgusting party hopping. When PCS says we want to bring about change, we mean it. It’s not just empty talk,” he said, Wednesday.
