TAWAU: Warisan Plus (DAP) for Sri Tanjung Justin Wong Yung Bin wants the Election Commission (EC) to explain whether postal ballot papers were sent Malaysian voters overseas, a few days after nomination day.
He said the envelope of the postal ballot also did not state the return address for the voters to send back.
