TAWAU: Usno candidate, Hafeezatul Halimah Mohamad Ayid denied rumours that she withdrew from contesting the Merotai seat which was spread by irresponsible parties.

The Puteri Usno Sabah Central Chief said rumours about the matter are circulating among the community especially among Merotai voters.

“I strongly deny this baseless allegation because to this day, I am still working hard to win the hearts of the people,” she said.

Hafeezatul is formerly the Working Secretary of the Sabah Women and Family Development Council.

“Indeed, God is the best planner. Everything good comes from God and the bad is a weakness from myself,” she said.
