Kota Kinabalu: Parti Warisan Sabah President Datuk Seri Mohd Shafie Apdal thanked supporters for the trust given to the party at a press conference at his Yayasan Sabah residence at 1am Sunday, but without admitting that his Warisan-Plus coalition had lost in the just-ended State election.
“We can see in the results that Warisan is the one single party with the biggest seats,” he told reporters.

Although Warisan-Plus won 32 out of the 73 seats contested, Warisan itself which he heads won 23 seats

“We would like to express our appreciation to our voters who gave our group of YBs (elected representatives) their trust to represent them at State level,” he said.
He said with the confidence and trust given to them, they would continue the fight.
