Pagalungan Voting District Centre Chief Coordinator Anis Pangias said among the criteria for elected leaders are those who are friendly with the people, like to help, have a vision and mission of people’s development and always practice tolerance towards the need to balance leadership at the Community Development Leaders Unit (UPPM).

He said people nowadays are smarter in choosing of who they want to represent them by looking at the candidate’s manifesto.
