Suhakam to release report on 16th Sabah poll

Kota Kinabalu: The Human Rights Commission of Malaysia (Suhakam) monitored the 16th Sabah State Election on Sept 21-26.

Suhakam Chairman Tan Sri Othman bin Hashim, on Sunday, said:

“Suhakam will come up with a full report on the election monitoring including recommendations for improvement, and forward it to the government for their consideration.”
He himself was monitoring vote counting process for the Darau constituency on the evening night Sept 26, and noted that there was a situation concerning tallying of votes.
