Kota Kinabalu: The Level Three Sports Science Course organised by the Sabah State Sports Council (MSN) in collaboration with the National Coaching Academy National Institute of Sports (ISN) Malaysia which was scheduled to start on Monday (September 28) has been postponed.Sabah MSN director, Mohd Asneh Mohd Noor said on Wednesday that the six-day course supposed to take place at the Sabah International Convention Centre (SICC) was postponed due to the Covid-19 crisis in the State.
“We had to make the decision in line with the recommendation of a circular letter from the Sabah State Secretary to cancel or reschedule all official affairs of offices, courses and the likes in areas affected by Covid-19, and a new date will be announced at a later date depending on the situation,” he said.
He added that MSN Sabah will fully comply with the rules, guidelines and circulars issued by the National Security Council, the Ministry of Health Malaysia (MOH) and the Sabah State Government from time to time as a measure to prevent the spread of the Covid-19 pandemic.
