Arrest warrant for IMM13 holder

Kota Kinabalu: The court extended the warrant of arrest  against a 52-year-old businessman with IMM13 document charged with having 57 Green turtle eggs without a permit.

Sessions Court Judge Elsie fixed Nov 9 to review the arrest warrant against Arman Amri who could not be located.

Amri is accused of having the Green turtle eggs (Chelonia Mydas) which is protected and listed in the Division 1 Schedule 1 of the Wildlife Preservation Enactment 1997, without any permits.

Arman allegedly had the turtle eggs at 4pm on July 9,2019 at the Crafts Market, here.

Mohammad Azrin Hassnal pleaded guilty to taking the drug on July 27 this year after his urine was tested positive at the  police station here.

The court ordered Azrin to serve the jail sentence from the date of his arrest.

After completing his jail sentence, Azrin was ordered placed under police supervision for three years.
