SANDAKAN: The streets of Sandakan almost empty as premises categorised under non-essential services are temporarily closed following the Conditional Movement Control Order (CMCO) which came into effect, Friday.The atmosphere was almost the same when the Movement Control Order (MCO) was first implemented on March 18.
A random survey by Daily Express found that residents only went out to the market and essential services providers to get daily supplies.
