Kota Kinabalu: A lawyer who tried to get the courts to delay the recent Sabah election in view of the Covid-19 pandemic said he feels vindicated but sad that the Federal Attorney-General and the judiciary failed Sabahans in this regard. Marcel Jude (pic) who eventually withdrew from contesting the Api Api seat said he was disappointed when leave was not granted to him by the Kota Kinabalu High Court to have the elections delayed beyond 60 days from Aug. 30.
“I am further disappointed with the stand of the Federal AG to oppose my application for leave.
