Kota Kinabalu: SME Association of Sabah urged the Gabungan Rakyat Sabah (GRS) State Government to expedite the economic recovery restart plan and increase public expenditure to kick start the economy again.Its Founding President, Foo Ngee Kee (pic), said the State economy is heavily impacted again by the current third wave of the Covid-19 pandemic.
“I hope the GRS Government can expedite the economic recovery restart plan and increase public expenditure to kick start the economy again. In this way SMEs in Sabah will have a better chance of survival post lockdown,” he said in a statement Monday.
