BEAUFORT: Kampung Tamalangalong in Bukau here is still submerged under one metre after more than a week since the flash flood affecting this village and other areas, which have since recovered.

A villager known as Julitah Ah Wing said most parts surrounding their house and road were still flooded by a meter of water, which bothers them a lot because the flood water is too slow to recede making it difficult for them to move about.
