Kota Kinabalu: Sabah Progressive Party (SAPP) President Datuk Yong Teck Lee (pic) says what Sabah needs is a true Health Minister and not a fake one.He said from June 2018 to September 2020, the so-called Sabah Health Minister and his “Health Ministry” had absolutely no authority over medical services in the State.
