LABUAN: Megah Port Management (MPM) Sdn Bhd lamented that despite having spent RM500,000 to upgrade its container storage (opposite shipyard) at Rancha Rancha Industrial estate, the site is still flooded during torrential rain.A spokesman of the company said the problem is due to the dug-out drain system. “There is no outflow for the water during heavy rain and so water flows into the yard compound and making it swampy, risky to workers and affecting the quality of the yard.”
