Lockdown for 2 Tawau areas, All-Sabah CMCO extended
Kota Kinabalu: Two residential areas in Tawau will be placed under the Enhanced Movement Control Order to curb Covid-19 for two weeks, said Defence Minister Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob.

The total lockdown will be placed on Taman Semarak and PPR Balung affecting 4,266 homes and 21,470 residents from Oct 26 to Nov 8 (date amended by Ministry of Defence), however, grocery stores there are allowed to open from 6am to 6pm, said Ismail in today's briefing.
