Kota Kinabalu:  Electricity meter reading for Sabah Electricity Sdn Bhd consumers’ will not be implemented for the time being following the Covid-19 pandemic in the State.It’s Senior General Manager (Asset Management), Norhizami Abu Hassan, in a statement, here, Sunday said on-site and premises meter readings have been phased out starting Sept 22 for Tawau, Lahad Datu, Kunak and Semporna.

 SESB also decided to stop the on-site meter reading operation for Kota Kinabalu since Oct 1, followed by the rest of the districts across Sabah including Labuan on Oct 12 due to the spike in Covid-19.
