Kota Kinabalu: Turtle Islands Mayor Haji Faizal Jamalul assured that the Sabah Government will immediately be notified of any suspecious movements of unknown individuals/groups in the area that threatens security of Tawi-Tawi and its neighbouring Sandakan.He said prompt exchange of vital intelligence information and well coordinated military operations is the way to secure our borders at the Celebes and Sulu Seas.
“With the threat of kidnapping still real and smugglers, illegal human traffickers, as well as terrorists trying to use Turtle Islands as jumping and escape routes, it is about time we start to truely enforce the law against criminals without mercy, “ Jamalul stressed.
