SANDAKAN: Grocery stores and pharmacies in the Taman Mawar area here are allowed to operate from 6am to 6pm during the Enhanced Movement Control Order (Emco) from Wednesday to Nov. 10.Sandakan Disaster Committee Chairman cum Sandakan Municipal Council President Wong Foo Tin (pic) said clinics are allowed to operate 24 hours.
While the market is allowed to open from 6am to 2pm for a period of three times a week only.
