SANDAKAN: Sandakan MP Vivian Wong (pic) said the National Security Council’s (MKN) Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) under the Enhanced Movement Control Order (Emco) imposed in Taman Mawar is confusing, causing tension among the public.She said the MKN’s decision to implement the Emco seemed rushed without further refinement on the SOP details.
She added that the unclear SOPs had caused the locals to feel stressed and confused, which consequently made it hard for the authorities to carry out their duties effectively.
