LABUAN:  Halloween has been in the calendar of events of most major pubs and bars here over the years.

The countdown to the annual celebration usually begins about two weeks earlier but this year Halloween is only days away on October 31, not suprising it is going to be a quiet event for Halloween revellers as all entertainment outlets have yet to operate as they had been closed since March following the Covid-19 outbreak.

A senior member of the Labuan Indian chamber of Commerce and Industry, Balvir Singh, recalled that the event was usually actively celebrated in pubs such as Blu Wave, Beyond 2000 and Havoc.
