PETALING JAYA: After buying water tankers for Selangor residents affected by water cuts earlier this month, preacher and philanthropist Ebit Lew has decided to send aid to Sabah as the State battles the Covid-19 pandemic.

In a Facebook post, he expressed concern over the situation in the State, adding that he had received many messages asking for help.

“This morning, we sent medical equipment to Sabah. We sent medical items such as personal protective equipment (PPE) sets, face shields, masks and shoe covers to be used by hospital and clinic staff as well as frontliners,” he said.

Earlier this month, Lew bought two large tankers to help residents affected by water cuts in Selangor and distributed water to residents on the fringes of Batu Caves.
