PENAMPANG: The Kapayan Assemblyman (Adun) Service Centre started the first day of its Disinfectant Spraying Programme in Kepayan Square and the market as well as shoplots in Kepayan Cooperative, here, Sunday.The programme was initiated by DAP Kota Kinabalu Member of Parliament, Chan Foong Hin, according to a statement on Sunday.
Kapayan Assemblywoman Jannie Lasimbang, and Luyang Assemblyman Phoong Jin Zhe, as well as the programme coordinator Kaven Lee were also present to facilitate the activity.
