All 222 MPs told to stay away from functions, gatherings
Kuala Lumpur: All 222 MPs have been told not to hold any functions or gather in crowded areas whether inside or outside the Parliament building until the meeting ends in mid-December.

Deputy speaker Azalina Othman Said read the instruction this morning from a text written by speaker Azhar Harun, who said the advice came from the health ministry.

“MPs can no longer have functions in and out of Parliament,” Azalina said, urging the members to follow the SOPs.

She said they were also told to limit their movements while out of the building.
