Kota Kinabalu: The Lands and Survey Department said houses being set up at a mangrove area beside some Manggatal apartments are part of a new village.A spokesman said the land next to the apartments had been gazeeted as a “village reserve” by the previous Warisan-Plus government on Jan 6.
He said the Department’s personnel two separate inspections of the area, first in July and then again in October.
