Kota Kinabalu: Deputy Chief Minister Dato Sri Bung Moktar Radin (pic) expressed appreciation for the Federal Government’s commitment to allocate RM3.8 billion for the continuation of the Pan Borneo Highway Project in Sabah.Bung, who is also Sabah Works Minister, said the allocation included implementing the 21km Serusop to Pituru link to Tuaran and Kota Belud which was previously a “missing link”.
Bung Moktar explained that PWD hoped that not only the 11 packages of the Pan Borneo Highway Project that have been approved before would be continued, but also the remaining 24 packages can be implemented in the 12th Malaysia Plan (12MP) which start next year.
