LAHAD DATU: A 47-year-old Filipino was detained by Marine Police Force (MPF) on Sunday along with 2,500 packs of cigarettes with unpaid taxes. Lahad Datu MPF Commanding Officer Supt Gan Ping Sin said acting on information, a team of MPF went for inspection on an unnumbered house in Kampung Bakau about 11.30am on Sunday.
“The team found several black plastic bags inside the store room at the back of the house to contain 2,500 packs of Premium International brand cigarettes.
