Kota Kinabalu: Donors of food baskets or assistance are not allowed to distribute their contributions without the knowledge of the Deputy State Secretary (Administration) office and respective District Disaster Operations Control Centres (PKOB).Sabah’s Covid-19 Spokesperson Datuk Seri Masidi Manjun (pic) said this is part of the new Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) issued for NGOs, private corporations, community leaders or individual donors who wish to assist the needy with their contributions.
“The State Government has developed a SOP that will be coordinated by the Deputy State Secretary (Administration) office,” he said, Thursday.
