TAWAU: Outgoing Tawau district chief OKK Ahmad Monggoh handed over his duties to Kee Jamal Kee Sulaiman after serving for more than one year.The duties handling over ceremony was witnessed by district deputy chief OKK Tahir Sulong and office head Yusof Ismail.
Ahmad said the district chief could assist the village chief and native chief in arresting undocumented foreigners.
