Kota Kinabalu: Police inspections were carried out at Marine entry point off Kg Numbak to see the compliancy of about 1,000 residents after it was put under Enhanced Movement Control Order (Emco) on Nov. 16 to 29.Deputy Police Commissioner Datuk Mazli Mazlan said the visit was aimed to see the extent of compliance, especially on those who mainly use this route as the main exit to the city center.
“Since the Emco was enforced on Nov 16, villagers from Kampung Numbak have been cooperative and abiding to instruction from the police.
