DBKK to resume parking fees 
Kota Kinabalu: In line with certain sectors reopening under the Conditional Movement Control Order (CMCO), City Hall (DBKK) will resume its Parking Coupon System in all KK districts. Mayor Datuk Nordin Siman said the system will resume on Nov 23.“The re-implementation of this operation is based on the need to ensure the orderliness of the public in parking while regulating traffic congestion in the City Center,” he said in a statement, Thursday.

Meanwhile, DBKK will exempt certain payments and renewal fees for the month of November, as compensation for the Conditional Movement Control Order (CMCO),
