Kota Kinabalu: Despite the Covid-19 pandemic, Universiti Malaysia Sabah (UMS) remains undaunted and eveready in adapting to new norms by bringing its lectures and seminars to an online platform.UMS Vice Chancellor Prof Datuk Dr Taufiq Yap Yun Hin said UMS had conducted its first online premier lecture and is committed in carrying out its entrusted responsibilities, even in the face of the pandemic.

The lecture featured Natural Disaster Research Centre Director Dr Felix Tongkul who talked on “Earthquake Science in Malaysia: Status, Challenges and Ways Forward”.
