SANDAKAN: The Sandakan Rugby community and their supporters have been doing their share of helping out needy folks in the district badly affected by the Covid-19 pandemic.Raimi Bin Mohd Yusof, General Manager of Eagles Rugby Club (ERC) Sandakan, said a “rugbycares” food distribution programme was initiated to raise awareness for the game and also implement programme to give back to the community in time of need.
“After Sabah was hit by the 3rd wave of the Covid-19 Pandemic, many more people lost their jobs and sources of income to feed their families.
