TAWAU: The Sessions Court granted the applications of former State Assistant Finance Minister Datuk Ramlee Marahaban (pic) in the suit filed against the two members of the Royal Malaysian Army for allegedly abusing their power. Sessions Court Judge Awang Kerisnada Awang Mahmud allowed Ramlee’s two applications with cost of RM5,000.
The court also fixed Dec 8 for case management via zoom for the hearing of the assessment of damages. Ramlee had named Sgt Salleh Zakaria and Major Nizam Sazali as first and second defendant, respectively.
