Community leaders warned not to take role lightly

Kota Kinabalu: Community Development Leaders (PPM) under the Gabungan Rakyat Sabah (GRS) State Government have been reminded to discharge their duties with commitment and integrity to help the people in their respective constituencies.

“If I find there are PPMs who failed to discharge their duties and responsibilities, then I as the Chief Minister will not hesitate to take action,” said Datuk Seri Hajiji Mohd Noor. They were previously known as PKR.

 Speaking after witnessing the oath taking ceremony and presentation of appointment letters to 44 PPMs at the State Administrative Centre, Monday, he said their duty is to assist government elected representatives provide the best service to the people.
