Kota Kinabalu: Police detained a 25-year-old on Thursday after he allegedly used sweets to lure a girl before raping her at a forested area in Inanam, near here.According to early investigations, the man admitted to raping the eight-year-old and giving her RM5 to not tell her father.
The man was arrested along Tuaran Bypass near Wisma YLY a day after the girl’s parent lodged a police report, said City Police Chief ACP Habibi Majinji (pic), in a statement, Friday.
