Tuaran: Some 90 Armed Forces personnel, including from the Territorial Army Regiment, were deployed to put up temporary barbed wire fences around Taman Telipok Ria, here, Friday.
The locality, which has a total of 3,400 housing units and some 18,000 residents, has been placed under a two-week Enhanced Movement Control Order (Emco) starting Friday (Nov 27) until Dec 10.

A total of 220 rolls of barbed wires were needed to cover the area which spans 1.7 kilometres, making it the largest residential area in the country to be placed under Emco thus far.
