Kota Kinabalu: The Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) has been contacted by the 34-year-old who was earlier sought regarding the use of fake documents to issue birth certificates.“The witness has contacted MACC,” said Sabah MACC Director Karunanithy Y Subbiah, here, Friday. He said the man is in Kuala Lumpur and his statement will be taken to facilitate investigations. On Thursday, the MACC, issued a statement seeking for the man identified as Joh Len Santi Apin, addressed at University Condo Apartment 2, Jalan Kampung Dambai in Manggatal, and at Kampung Vinilai in Kudat.
