Kota Kinabalu: Buyers of residential units of SkyVue Residence at Kobusak, Penampang are happy that the Occupation Certificate (OC) for their units had been issued before end of February this year.They are grateful and thankful to North Borneo Land Avenue Sdn Bhd, the developer of the 22-storey luxurious condominium project comprising some 200 units, including eight penthouses, for fast issuance of the document.
Managing Director GN Wong said many buyers have moved into their units, while some are still renovating their new homes.
