SANDAKAN: Tanjong Papat Assemblyman-cum-Acting Chairman of DAP Sabah, Datuk Frankie Poon Ming Fung (pic), commended the Government for putting up a notice for tender for waste or rubbish collections here.

However, he wondered about the logic of putting up restrictions requiring Pukonsa A Licence.

“To my understanding, it would take no less than several months to be approved for successful applicants.

“This is unfair to interested participants who may be capable and have the resources but lacking in the licence, which takes months of approval by the State government,” he said a statement.
