Kota Kinabalu: Employees can file a complaint if their employers misuse funds from the Wage Subsidy Programme (PSU).Social Security Organisation (Socso) Sabah Director Dr Mohd Ali Hindia said the PSU assistance is to assist the industry in ensuring socio-economic survival.
“Employers who receive PSU assistance are prohibited from dismissing employees except with the consent of the employees.
