Kota Kinabalu: The National Security Council (MKN) on Wednesday gave approval to the standard operating procedures (SOPs) for scuba diving activities during the current Conditional Movement Control Order (CMCO) in Sabah.
On Monday, MKN had agreed with the State’s decision to lift the tourism restriction on scuba diving.
