Kota Kinabalu: There is a need for the Federal Government to improve its bureaucratic procedures to expedite the channeling of aid to the rakyat, said Kota Kinabalu MP Chan Foong Hin.He was expressing his disappointment regarding the delay of the one-off RM600 cash aid to school bus operators in Sabah, which took more than three months to be distributed.
Chan had brought the matter up in parliament on Dec 3.
