Kota Kinabalu: The Kota Kinabalu City Hall (DBKK) has been urged to seriously consider allowing  the public to set up hawker stalls along roadsides and empty spaces during the MCO period.

Making the suggestion, Konsumer Association Sabah (Kas) Protem Chairman  David Chan said it is already being allowed in the KL Federal Territories.

Since food business  is seen as the best and easiest way for people who were laid off during the strict implementation of the movement control order (MCO), such humanitarian  consideration  will help them survive in this difficult time and at the same time help keep cash flow moving.
