Tuaran: A 24-second video of what appeared to be a “riot” among residents of Taman Telipok Ria, that went viral over WhatsApp on Monday, was not the case. The residential area involving 18,000 residents was placed under the Enhanced Movement Control Order (Emco) since Nov 27 until Dec 10.
The 8.30am incident was actually that of residents rushing to obtain tags for each household representative to go out to buy necessities.
